RETURN and CANCELLATION POLICY

We cannot accept returns on any of our live products unless you have chosen UPS Next Day Air shipping and the live product arrives severely damaged or dead. Our standard procedure is to ship live products by UPS 2nd-day air. If UPS Next Day Air is requested, the arrival condition of your product is fully guaranteed. Mycostop and other dry goods are shipped UPS ground. We must receive notification of an order cancellation within 24 hours of receiving the order. The most appropriate method of cancelling an order is by email to our customer service department: custserv@ecobugs.com. Thank you for your cooperation.
