Shipping and handling information
| Biological control is an excellent method of combating pests if the beneficials are healthy when they arrive on the scene. Slower shipping methods can expose the product to unnatural conditions and cause them to die or become less effective. |
| As of January 1, 2005 our shipping and handling policy has changed. We can only fully guarantee the healthy arrival of your live product if it is shipped UPS Next Day Air. |

| Our standard method of shipping live products is by UPS Next Day Air. If you would like one of the less expensive shipping methods listed in the table above, please request which one in the section of the "Checkout" page (item 3) that looks like this: |

| If you do not request a shipping method, we will assume you want the live products to be shipped by UPS Next Day Air. The shipping and handling charges are not reflected in your order, but they will be added to your total cost when we process your credit card. |
| Regardless of shipping method, please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery of products. Product availability varies on a day-to-day basis and we need the extra time to coordinate processing and shipment of orders. It is not simply a matter of packaging goods stored up in a warehouse. This means that it may take up to 10 days for you to receive your product even if you choose the fastest shipping method. However, choosing our default shipping method (UPS Next Day Air) will give you the peace of mind that your product will arrive very healthy and ready to combat your pest problem. |

Our standard shipping method for dry goods is UPS Ground and the arrival condition is guaranteed.
Our standard shipping method for live products is UPS Next Day Air and the arrival condition is guaranteed. Shipping and handling charges are applied to your order after it is received. Shipping and handling charges usually range from $10 to $50 depending on your location and the product ordered. Although these S & H charges are not reflected in your initial order, you can request that the final charge be sent to you for your confirmation via email before your order is sent. |
